HF frequency screen comprises vibration exciter, pulp separator, screen frame, body frame, suspension spring and sieve.
HF screen has high frequency, small amplitude and high sieving frequency. Different from the principle of ordinary sieving devices, the high frequency used by a HF screen destroys the tension on the surface of pulp and high velocity vibration of fine particles on the sieve on one hand, and speeds up the separation of large density (specific density) minerals desired and increases the probability of materials having granularity smaller than the grain to be separated to touch the sieve mesh on the other hand. This design results in a better condition for separation, so that materials having granularity smaller than the one to be separated, particularly the material and pulp of greater specific gravity, can pass through sieve mesh, becoming the undersize products.
